Terms & Conditions
The following terms & Conditions apply to all patients and users of Laurie Arias Skin Clinics.
Consultation Fees
All new patients are required to have a full facial medical consultation, this can be via FaceTime at a fee of £75 or an in person consultation at a fee of £100. This charge covers the length of the consultation time and Laurie Arias’s expertise and experience.
The consultation fee is required at the time of your booking.
You will not be entitled to a refund If you fail to attend your appointment.
Consultation fees are not redeemable against any treatments or skincare.
Consultation fees are non-refundable unless the consultation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Consultation fees can be paid over the phone, by bank transfer or in person at one of Laurie’s clinics.
Payment
Full payment is required directly following your treatment.
All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted, apologies American Express, PayPal or Cheques are not accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are not given on treatments or skincare.
Bookings & Cancellations
Appointment bookings or cancellations should be made via our Practice Manager, Julie Fell. Email or WhatsApp messages are our preferred point of contact. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours, you will incur a charge of £100.

Late arrivals may run the risk of not being seen due to inconveniencing other patients and their allotted appointment time.
Bookings are first come first served basis.
You will receive a confirmation of your booking via email and/or your mobile. Patients are required to fill out their Patient Medical History and General Data Protection online prior to your appointment.
Regrettably if your forms are not completed before your appointment, Laurie Arias will be unable to treat you.
Please note: Patient forms are required to be completed yearly.
You will be sent a reminder by email and SMS text, to arrive two days in advance of your appointment.
If you are travelling abroad up to a week following your treatment, please make this known to Laurie Arias prior to your appointment.
Children
If you have young children that will be accompanying you in clinic, please can you make us aware prior to your appointment.
All children must be accompanied by an adult in the waiting area.
We do not treat patients under the age of 18.
Anti wrinkle injections
Reviews are discretionary.
Laurie reserves the right to make a medical assessment via FaceTime to see if adjustments are needed.
All reviews must be seen within 4 weeks of treatment, any review requests after 4 weeks will not be seen.
Medical Grade Skincare
Skincare purchases and medically prescribed skincare cannot be returned or refunded.
These are prescription medications only and as a result should only be used by the named patient on the prescription and are non refundable and non transferable.

Treatments and Services by Laurie Arias
Laurie Arias offers treatments and services as listed on the website. While we take great care to ensure the information given is accurate at all times, errors and omissions may occur. Laurie reserves the right to amend any of the services and associated information as listed on the website.
Ownership of the website
All material contained in this site is the Intellectual Property of Laurie Arias Skin Clinics or is under licence from third party owners.
